For embroidery, our minimum is 6 pieces. For screen printing, the minimum is 12 pieces. This helps us keep quality high and pricing competitive for every order.
Most custom orders are completed within 1–2 weeks from design approval. Rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule — just ask when you request your quote.
Yes! We accept customer-supplied garments with a minimum of 6 pieces. We also sell blank apparel if you'd prefer us to source everything for you.
Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due when your order is ready for pickup or delivery.
We work best with high-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PNG). If you only have a low-resolution image, we can often recreate it — just include it with your quote request.
